Summer construction update

The recent fine weather has enabled the team on site at Middleton Field to make good progress on Stage 1 works.

Works update

Kerb and channel installation forming part of the road network is now complete, with footpaths nearing completion. Electrical and NBN infrastructure has also been installed.

The filling of all lots in Stage 1 to the final levels has been completed under the supervision of a geotechnical engineer.

Over the next 4 weeks, the team will focus on building the entrance way to Middleton Field past the oak tree on Smith Street including installation of asphalt on the roads in Stage 1. Working alongside Powercor electrical cables will also be installed.

With works continuing to progress with the recent fine weather, settlement for Stage 1 is anticipated for April 2023.
