Completion of internal works

Construction of Stage 1 at Middleton Field (all homesites in Collections 1 and 2) is progressing well with all internal works finishing soon.

Works update

Excitingly, internal roads are complete with line marking and signage installed. Internal drainage, water and sewer infrastructure works are also complete with quality assurance testing underway.

The focus of the civil works contractor over the following weeks will be installation of Powercor high voltage works to enable future connection of the site and the pouring of the concrete entries past the Oak Tree at the entrance to Middleton Field.

Auditing for practical completion by the relevant authorities will also take place soon.

Settlement update

Despite progression settlement of all homesites is anticipated to occur in May 2023.

This timeframe remains indicative only based on current information relating to completion of civil works and receipt of approvals from relevant authorities, with settlement dependent on receiving a Statement of Compliance from Hepburn Shire Council.

As the date for settlement approaches, the project team will be in regular contact with the purchasers in Stage 1 with timing updates.
