Local Event - the 2022 Daylesford Show

The Daylesford Show returned to Victoria Park after a two-year hiatus in 2022 with a small and dedicated team working towards its revival.

Boasting a great range of activities, including show jumping, entertainment from the Daylesford and District Brass Band, the show’s return was heralded a success.

Local children had a great day out, with a petting zoo, mini circus and puppet theatre highlights from the day.

Agricultural and Homecraft competitions were well supported, with plenty of entries in the horse, sheep, goat and poultry competitions and the needlework, cooking and photography categories.

A highlight for many attendees was the transformation of the Pavilion into a Hall of Flowers thanks to the Daylesford Horticultural Society and Friends of Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens.

The Committee, including Hygge Senior Development Manager Jason Webster, were grateful for the support of all volunteers, participants, attendees and sponsors, including major sponsor Hygge Property.
