Settlement of Stage 1!

Stage 1 at Middleton Field is complete with the project team receiving Statement of Compliance last month. Excitingly, nearly all homesites in Stage 1 have now settled.

Homebuilding at Middleton Field

The project team are excited for the new owners of land in Stage 1 (homesites in Collections 1 and 2) to begin their homebuilding journey at Middleton Field.

The Design Guidelines are a great place to start. Building on the strong character of Daylesford, the Design Guidelines explain the vision in creating Middleton Field and the objectives to bring that vision to life.

Many Stage 1 land owners are already working through the home design process and are close to submitting their design for review in accordance with the Design Guidelines.

Future works

The project team are finalising the appointment of a contractor for the next stage of civil works at Middleton Field which will include the Vista Collection.
