Works update

As of August 22, bulk earthworks and road shaping is nearing completion. Sewer construction is also well progressed and drainage works are continuing.

Due to significant and consistent rainfall, winter in Daylesford has slowed the progression of works for Stage 1.

As works continue to progress, the project team for Middleton Field will have more certainty on anticipated timing for works completion (and expected settlement dates for Stage 1).
