Vista works nearing completion

Despite the recent winter cold snap in Victoria, Middleton Field has been a hub of activity. Civil construction works are nearing completion including the creation of the new road network and the homesites in the Vista Collection.

Topsoiling works are complete, and footpaths have been installed. Rock retaining walls have been successfully completed, adding both stability and aesthetic appeal.

Each lot in the Vista Collection has been pegged out, marking the individual boundaries of these homesites clearly.

Weather permitting the road asphalt will be completed over the following weeks. This will be a significant step towards finalising the civil constructions works in Stage 3.

Auditing for practical completion by the relevant authorities will also take place soon, moving closer towards a settlement timeframe in Spring.

As the date for settlement approaches, the project team will be in regular contact with the purchasers of Vista Collection homesites with timing updates.
