Works update at Middleton Field

With the recent fine Spring weather in Daylesford Stage 3 works are progressing well at Middleton Field. Civil contractor Winslow have also commenced on the site of The Village to enable the start of construction of the first sustainable townhouses designed by Breathe.

Stage 3 works and settlement update

Kerb and channel installation forming part of the road network is now complete with footpath preparation underway.

In the coming weeks, asphalt will be laid following the installation of Powercor electrical cables and NBN infrastructure.

Settlement for homesites in Stage 3 is anticipated this Spring.

This timeframe remains indicative only based on current information relating to completion of civil works and receipt of approvals from relevant authorities, with settlement dependent on receiving a Statement of Compliance from Hepburn Shire Council.

As the date for settlement approaches, the project team will be in regular contact with the purchasers in Stage 3 with timing updates.
