Visit us at Hygge House!

With a growing presence at Middleton Field and the recent launch of its sustainable townhouse project The Village, Hygge Property were keen to find a home base in Daylesford to serve as a flexible workspace for the Hygge team and a place for local agent, Belle Property to host sales meetings.

‘Hygge House’ now located on the site of The Village at Middleton Field in Daylesford.

Hygge House has joined the neighbourhood!

Following an online encounter with Bare an Australian company specialising in sustainable tiny home construction, the concept of using a compact, prefabricated building as a Hygge sales space at Middleton Field took shape.

Bare offered a unique, practical solution and an opportunity to create a moveable, sustainable sales space on the land at Middleton Field.

To minimise its impact on the environment, Hygge House is self-sufficient using off-grid solar and composting toilet systems. All windows are double-glazed for thermal efficiency with insulation throughout.

Excitingly, future purchasers at The Village and Middleton Field can now visit Hygge House and experience its spectacular setting overlooking The Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens.

Ashlee McKee and Natalie Fagan (pictured below) from Belle Property, Daylesford (local agents for Middleton Field and The Village) love working and meeting people at the new space.
